FAQs
Strength training is for everyone. Even if you’ve never stepped foot in a gym, you have a baseline level of strength. We will establish your baseline in the first session and progress from there.
On day one we will begin teaching you the fundamentals of the squat, press, bench press and deadlift. We’ll establish your strength baseline for each of the lifts and set out our training plans for your next sessions.
Starting weights depend upon the baseline that your coach will help to establish in your first session. Older or sedentary individuals may start by squatting something as light as a training bar (7kg). People with more experience in gyms might squat tens of kilos on their first day. The goal is to find your baseline where you can safely perform the lifts and progress from there.
No, lifting weights will not make you look bulky. From an aesthetic perspective, lifting weights enhances your body contours and physical appearance.

No, however if you do with to become a member of the gym to train independently then we offer a discount on gym membership.
