Curious about strength training? Dip your toes in with our complimentary 30-minute taster session! Here’s what to expect:
- Get started with a chat about your background, training history, and fitness goals.
- Your coach will break down what strength training is, and how we can help you on your fitness journey.
- A hands-on lesson on one of the 4 main barbell lifts.

Exercises, weights, sets, reps, rest periods – all taken care of by your coach.
TrueCoach app
Log every rep, set and workout, so we can monitor your progress and help keep you on track.
Weekly video analysis of technique
Record your last work-set of each exercise and your coach will provide technical feedback to improve your form.
Nutrition advice
Your coach will help you adjust your eating habits to accommodate sustained progress in the gym whilst optimising your health.
