Refer a friend for personal training and once they’ve signed up, you’ll both get one session FREE!

New Clients must subscribe to one of the personal training subscriptions or purchase a block of 10 sessions for the complimentary session to be awarded to both the new client and the existing client. Just let us know your friend’s name once they’ve purchased their subscription or block of sessions, and we’ll arrange a free session for each of you.
